Marco’s Franchising is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead construction project management efforts for projects via GC sourcing, bid negotiation, GC contracting, construction timelines, building code guidance and design standards enforcement. This candidate will also provide construction support to all franchisees, Area Representatives and company staff as required on construction-related topics; as well as maintaining standards and resources for General Contractors, general construction practices, and procurement partners.
