About The Position

AECOM is seeking a Construction Project Manager that will be working out of our Fort Lauderdale office.

Requirements

• BA/BS plus six years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and project tracking systems such as Procore or Primavera P6.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the design and permitting for all projects assigned.
• Coordinates project requirements, as needed, with 3rd party agencies.
• Manages the design consultants and CM deliverables.
• Provides input required for the Monthly Program Report relative to current status and issues to the Construction Manager.
• Reviews and recommends approval of construction delivery proposals.
• Evaluates, coordinates, and provides recommendations to the Construction Manager for changes and/or modifications to design consultants, contractors' scope of services.
• Manages all deliverable reviews and resolves review comments with design consultants.
• Reviews and recommends bulletins. Reviews and recommends change orders.
• Technical management of assigned design consultant.
• Participates in and chairs, as needed, regularly scheduled progress meetings to review the status of projects.
• Participates in the weekly Project Coordination Meeting chaired by the Construction Manager.
