About The Position

Lee Company provides core construction services of HVAC, plumbing and electrical for large and small commercial projects throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. Summary of Job: Manage the day to day operations of construction projects including mechanical and plumbing (M&P) projects with budged amounts over $400,000 from conception through the completion of the warranty period and responsible for the successful coordination and execution of all aspects of the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business or Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years construction project management experience required with specific Plumbing and Mechanical management experience preferred
• Good general knowledge of the construction process
• Experience with and awareness of contract process, terms, legal issues, scope, etc.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Products, Solomon, and Microsoft Project
• Experience with and knowledge of blue prints and specifications related to mechanical construction
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong decision making ability
