About The Position

A Senior Project Manager/Lead Project Manager/Senior Construction Project Manager is required to join a leading mechanical contractor delivering a flagship $22M boiler and chiller plant renovation in Phoenix Senior Project Manager/Lead Project Manager/Senior Construction Project Manager will lead the full mechanical and plumbing scope, both self-performed and subcontracted work, while driving delivery, coordination, customer satisfaction, and project profitability. An ideal Senior Project Manager/Lead Project Manager/Senior Construction Project Manager 10–15+ years of mechanical/HVAC project management experience. Requirements

10–15+ years of mechanical/HVAC project management experience
Proven success managing $15M+ mechanical projects
High-capacity, intelligent thinker, comfortable navigating grey areas
High energy, proactive, and able to build strong team momentum
Clear, direct communicator who “says what they think” while staying professional
Strong BIM and coordination capability (AutoCAD, Navisworks, Procore, BIM 360, etc.)
Strong HVAC system knowledge is mandatory
Ability to operate confidently in a design-build environment
Interpret drawings, identify issues, propose technical solutions, and collaborate with engineers
Manage complex mechanical plant upgrades, heavy commercial systems, and MEP interfaces

Responsibilities

Drive full delivery of a large-scale mechanical renovation project
Lead self-perform mechanical and plumbing teams
Manage subcontractors and coordinate with engineering and design groups
Oversee scheduling, labor loading, and overall project strategy
Ensure milestones, safety, cost controls, and timeline objectives are achieved
Act as the primary customer-facing representative
Build strong relationships with owners, engineers, and partner contractors
Represent the business professionally in a high-touch, low-sales environment
Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction throughout the project
