The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing assigned construction projects. They establish and implement project management processes to ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget, meet all established standards, and are delivered on schedule.

  • Manages and coordinates the daily operations and scope of construction projects. Collaborates with clients to define project objectives, establish parameters, budgets, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Develops and implements project work plans and cost estimates, recommending adjustments as needed to address changing requirements. Allocates resources and prioritizes tasks to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Oversees quality control and provides ongoing support by inspecting construction work for compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other applicable standards. Enforces safety policies on-site.
  • Acts as a liaison between contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve issues. Anticipates potential delays or conflicts and proactively develops contingency plans to keep the project on schedule and meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
  • Keeps management informed of key activities through regular progress reports and ensures all project documentation is accurate and up to date

  • High School Diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience in facilities or construction project management experience.
  • Proficient in construction project management processes and skilled in using computers and related software. Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups. Capable of clearly presenting information and responding to questions. Experienced in defining project goals, objectives, and participant roles. Well-organized in managing construction resources and adept at identifying and resolving complex challenges.
  • Degree in construction management or construction engineering.
