This role is for a Construction Project Manager for KONE Americas in KONE USA-San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate enjoys managing projects, including subcontracts and vendor management, maintaining communication with stakeholders, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, adapting to changing priorities, and is proficient with technological tools like Microsoft Office. A passion for quality, results, and promoting a safety culture is also essential.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant construction project management expertise
Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Well Organized
Customer service mindset

Responsibilities

maintaining/updating the agreed upon schedule
maintaining/updating the status of project resources (including material, labor, etc.)
maintaining/updating procurement related responsibilities (such as subcontracts and vendors)
ensuring quality is addressed throughout the project life cycle through metrics and acting on punch-list items
ensuring safety on your worksites and prepared to audit compliance
Utilize a variety of tools to ensure that the scope of the project is meeting timelines, such as Microsoft Project or SAP
Picking up risks/opportunities through outlets such as contracts, on sites, etc.
Managing cash flow of budget and forecasting
