The Construction Project Manager leads small and large projects for office, manufacturing, and lab spaces, with a specialized focus on tenant improvement (TI) work. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire project life cycle—including requirements gathering, scope creation, RFP development, bid evaluation, contractor selection, project kickoff, on-site execution, and project closeout. This individual works closely with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, align expectations, and ensure all requirements are met across diverse environments. They proactively communicate project status, risks, and milestones, while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track. The Construction Project Manager is accountable for maintaining project schedules, controlling budgets, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within scope. This role also oversees documentation, risk management, and quality assurance throughout each phase of construction, ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish for office, manufacturing, and laboratory facilities.
