About The Position

We're hiring a Project Manager with deep expertise in composite materials, cladding systems, and glass/glazing installations to lead high-end construction projects in the Charlotte area. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who understands the nuances of façade systems and architectural finishes—both in the field and behind the scenes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in specialty construction, with a strong background in cladding systems, composite paneling, and glass/glazing work.
• Proven ability to manage field execution and office responsibilities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of building envelopes, installation sequencing, and material performance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling and document control software.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and manage full lifecycle execution—from kickoff to closeout.
• Work closely with superintendents and install teams to ensure quality installation of cladding, glass, and composite systems.
• Prepare estimates, monitor job costs, and manage procurement within budget.
• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication with owners, architects, fabricators, and subcontractors.
• Handle contract administration, pay applications, and change orders with precision.
• Ensure final punch, documentation, and warranty packages are completed and handed off properly.
