About The Position
Nemours is seeking a Construction Project Manager (Full-Time) to join our Nemours Children's Hospital team in Orlando, Florida. This position is responsible for: Management of the Design Phase and construction of renovations, equipment replacement, infrastructure upgrades and replacement, and new construction projects within the Nemours enterprise. Will work within the Corporate Facilities Department as a member of that team in delivering the highest level of customer service to the Nemours Enterprise. Position will be key leader in defining the scope to the end-user's project, leading the design process, and managing the construction and occupancy so that the project is brought in on time and on budget. Will be involved in the development of Nemours standards in the Hospital, Clinic, and other Nemours facilities. Understanding of Health Care Administration (AHCA) review, approval, and construction processes.
