Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Architectural Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of construction field experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of estimating, project management, and construction management.
  • Design-Build project experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HH2, Plangrid, Procore, and Timberline/Sage is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and technical direction to project teams, including subordinate managers and supervisors.
  • Enforce company and project policies while maintaining close client relationships.
  • Ensure projects are built in compliance with contracts, designs, safety, and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
  • Represent the company with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Contribute to business development by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Review new project opportunities, support estimating, and manage subcontractor coordination.
  • Oversee self-performed operations while promoting and enforcing daily safety practices.
