The Construction Project Manager is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on all assigned public works projects. This individual oversees and coordinates public works projects to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, department and division policies and procedures, and state procurement laws. This position is responsible for data collection, analytics, and document review. The individual will also need to utilize written and verbal communication skills while prioritizing tasks appropriately. They are also responsible for providing technical assistance in defining and determining the feasibility of construction and renovation projects as well as developing and monitoring project budgets and approving expenditures.
