About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee aggregate and industrial projects, managing multi-trade crews, schedules, budgets, and safety compliance while maintaining strong communication with clients and teams. The ideal candidate has experience management, knowledge of industrial systems, and proficiency with project management software.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing industrial or aggregate construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of crushing/wash plants, conveyors, silos, and related infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-trade crews and complex construction sequences
  • Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
  • Working knowledge of MSHA, OSHA, and local building codes
  • Experience with estimating, procurement, and contractor coordination
  • Familiar with heavy equipment, aggregate handling, and industrial systems.

  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of aggregate and industrial construction projects
  • Oversee multi-trade crews (mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, etc.)
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, track milestones and deliverables
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and environmental regulations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, engineers, and field teams
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality workmanship
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, RFIs, change orders, and schedules
  • Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and operational efficiency across job sites
  • Must be proficient at multiple software platforms (example: word, excel, and Microsoft projects)
  • Occasional overnight visits to oversee out-of-state projects.
