About The Position

As Project Manager you will be playing a critical role in construction projects at Tesla facilities in North America mostly focused on the West Coast, Colorado and Texas. You will manage critical capex projects working cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders, interfacing with end users, construction engineering, and manufacturing engineering while ensuring your projects are on schedule and under budget. The ideal candidate will have the discipline to work in multiple locations with high attention to detail and being self-motivated to tackle hard problems. You will drive collaboration between Engineering disciplines, Construction, R D, operations to ensure our team's goals are aligned with company priorities. Travel requirements of 35% will be required while being located out of either Bellevue WA, or the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Successfully deliver diverse, design build, and self-performed construction projects in different geographic locations
• Ensure on time, or ahead of time delivery of construction projects, enabling your teams to solve problems and prioritize execution
• Promote a safe and quality driven culture, both project and company wide
• Use efficient and aesthetic communication methods to escalate roadblocks or communicate successes as necessary, including the ability to clearly communicate risks
• Employ a can-do attitude, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and aligned to the project's goals
• Work with Real Estate teams to evaluate new projects and provide feedback to support lease negotiations
