About The Position
This is an exciting opportunity for those interested in a fun, fast-paced environment that provides unique challenges and problems to solve on a day-to-day basis. You will oversee the construction project team in Parks and Recreation. As a key member of our supervisory team, you will oversee a group of design and construction project managers working on all phases of project management from concept through execution. You will lead the team as they work with the public to create opportunities for people to connect with nature and enjoy recreation opportunities in their community. You will influence the Parks Department's 10-year capital projects list of park and trail improvements. We do everything from sidewalks, ponds, amphitheaters and playgrounds to community centers.
