About The Position
Join a fast-growing General Contractor emphasizing the highest quality work and employee satisfaction in the areas of commercial ground-up, tenant improvements, multifamily, healthcare, and residential construction. This is an on-site and in-office position involved in all aspects of client interface, subcontract documentation, cost controls, and field supervision. The position is responsible for the overall management of the project life cycle including all activities such as client and subcontractor communications, project documentation, overall cost and budget management, and project post-construction activities. The position is fully supported by senior leadership where active communication is necessary for the success of the project, company, and employees.
