The salary range represents a general guideline as ISI considers several factors when determining compensation to include but not limited to the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and market location of the position. Position Summary: ISI Professional Services is looking for a junior Construction Project Manager to provide project coordination and management services to a DoD client. The project manager will work to support a DOD client looking to manage minor construction and renovation projects, typically valued between $2,500 and $5 million. Projects range from minor capital improvements and system upgrades to tenant renovations and infrastructure lifecycle work, and are primarily executed through IDIQ task orders, A/E design support contracts, or government-directed small projects. The project manager will provide a wide range of analytical and planning, design, and construction management support services to assist the DOD client throughout all phases of project delivery, including site evaluations, scope development, cost estimate preparation, and construction oversight support. This is a growth-oriented position requiring a detail-oriented professional with a foundational understanding of construction practices, strong communication skills, and a commitment to supporting Government stakeholders in a mission-critical environment. The position will support more senior government project managers and fellow contractor project managers, who will work as part of a larger integrated construction program. The ability to work as a team and work independently is critical. ISI is seeking an individual who will be a clear communicator, takes initiative and embraces project ownership.
