Construction Project Manager, I
About The Position
Our Retail Development team has decades of experience in building and servicing luxury and fashion retail locations throughout the United States including famous brands such as Swatch, Tissot, Longines, Omega, Harry Winston, and many others. A Construction Project Manager I will be responsible for overseeing the building process of various construction projects from start to finish. Their duties include building and maintaining the project budget, obtaining the necessary entitlements to construct in various national jurisdictions, and leading a multitude of project stakeholders including internal decisionmakers and external architectural and construction vendors to achieve project deliverables. This is an office based role in Miami, Florida.
Responsibilities
