About The Position

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager I to join our team! As a Construction Project Manager I you will take full P&L ownership of 2-5 concurrent capital projects valued at $2 M – $25 M each—guiding them from pre-construction through close-out. You’ll lead cross-functional teams of superintendents, subcontractors, design consultants, and client stakeholders to deliver on time, on budget, and above spec while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-3+ years of previous Construction Management experience
• 2+ years of industry experience
• Clear understanding of construction drawings and tools for creating or modifying
• Experience working with multiple GCs and their vendors at a site-level to coordinate all activities required
• Strong scheduling and analysis skills
• This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must proficient in the areas of Microsoft Standard Office Suite (Excel Expertise)
• Familiarity with Customer tools and processes
• Familiarity with troubleshooting fiber optic and power connections, alarm clearing

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, or budget activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
• Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project, working with subcontractor teams in the field on correct scheduling and implementation.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, or budget, usually through subordinate and supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
• Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
• Other duties as assigned.
