Responsibilities

  • Organizing, planning, directing, and monitoring various project processes.
  • Overseeing specific areas within the large medical and dental center project.
  • Ensuring that project objectives are met while upholding core values of safety and integrity.

Requirements

  • At least four years of construction industry experience.
  • Minimum of one year as a Project Engineer.
  • A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Five or more years of experience or equivalent in commercial project management.
  • Six or more years of equivalent work experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office - esp. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.
  • CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications are required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Work experience in the design-build industry.
  • Project experience with Medical Facilities.
  • Specific software literacy (Primavera 3/6, Oracle, BIM, Revit/Autodesk) is preferred.
  • STS certification preferred.
  • Project management experience with self-performing GC is preferred.
