Responsibilities
- Organizing, planning, directing, and monitoring various project processes.
- Overseeing specific areas within the large medical and dental center project.
- Ensuring that project objectives are met while upholding core values of safety and integrity.
Requirements
- At least four years of construction industry experience.
- Minimum of one year as a Project Engineer.
- A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Five or more years of experience or equivalent in commercial project management.
- Six or more years of equivalent work experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office - esp. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.
- CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications are required.
Nice-to-haves
- Work experience in the design-build industry.
- Project experience with Medical Facilities.
- Specific software literacy (Primavera 3/6, Oracle, BIM, Revit/Autodesk) is preferred.
- STS certification preferred.
- Project management experience with self-performing GC is preferred.
