About The Position

Trueline is seeking a Construction Project Manager, Commercial/Industrial to lead high-impact projects from estimating and contracting through closeout and customer handoff. This role is based in Washington and includes regional travel to job sites. What You'll Do as the Construction Project Manager, Commercial/Industrial Projects: Lead commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion and handoff, staying on schedule and within budget Prepare accurate project estimates and bid proposals, including detailed takeoffs, budgets, and job costing Draft and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders Build and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and report job progress to internal leadership and the client Write RFIs as needed and coordinate responses with stakeholders Conduct budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, engineers, architects, vendors, and clients to keep projects moving Identify and resolve scope, schedule, and cost risks with proactive planning and communication Lead safety efforts on assigned projects and ensure adherence to safety policies and compliance requirements Maintain organized documentation and consistent project communication from kickoff through closeout

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial construction project management
  • Prior precast experience is required, with strong knowledge of concrete and precast construction
  • Experience managing projects start-to-finish, including schedule, budget, and closeout
  • Experience creating detailed estimates, takeoffs, budgets, and job costing for large commercial construction
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of construction safety requirements, compliance, and safety advocacy

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing projects involving hollow core precast panels
  • Bachelor of Science in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Timberline, or other estimating software
  • Background working closely with precast engineering and manufacturing teams to support delivery timelines
