About The Position

Trueline is seeking a Construction Project Manager, Commercial/Industrial to lead high-impact projects from estimating and contracting through closeout and customer handoff. This role is based in Washington and includes regional travel to job sites.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial construction project management
  • Prior precast experience is required, with strong knowledge of concrete and precast construction
  • Experience managing projects start-to-finish, including schedule, budget, and closeout
  • Experience creating detailed estimates, takeoffs, budgets, and job costing for large commercial construction
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of construction safety requirements, compliance, and safety advocacy

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing projects involving hollow core precast panels
  • Bachelor of Science in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Timberline, or other estimating software
  • Background working closely with precast engineering and manufacturing teams to support delivery timelines

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion and handoff, staying on schedule and within budget
  • Prepare accurate project estimates and bid proposals, including detailed takeoffs, budgets, and job costing
  • Draft and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders
  • Build and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and report job progress to internal leadership and the client
  • Write RFIs as needed and coordinate responses with stakeholders
  • Conduct budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, engineers, architects, vendors, and clients to keep projects moving
  • Identify and resolve scope, schedule, and cost risks with proactive planning and communication
  • Lead safety efforts on assigned projects and ensure adherence to safety policies and compliance requirements
  • Maintain organized documentation and consistent project communication from kickoff through closeout
