Requirements

• Minimum four year college degree preferred, or equivalent experiences
• Thorough knowledge of engineering and construction principles, practices and procedures, applicable laws and government regulations, principles of management
• Construction based CAD experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High customer service and quality attitude, with great communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
• Must exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership

Responsibilities

• Ensures owner’s satisfaction & success of assigned projects
• Strives to exceed customer expectations by ensuring all communication to customers is responsive, respectful, and solutions-oriented
• Ensures construction complies with established contract, safety & budget requirements along with local, state, and federal laws
• Commits to continuously improving the quality and value of service provided to customers
• Works safely in a construction environment and fully tour construction sites in order to monitor progress and adherence to the projects’ construction documents
• Contributes to a safe work environment by quickly reporting accidents and unsafe working conditions
• Performs other duties as assigned
