About The Position

AECOM Tishman, a leader in managing the construction of some of the world’s most iconic buildings and redefining skylines across the country, is looking to add a Construction Project Executive to our healthcare division in Boston, MA. The Construction Project Executive – Healthcare will lead business development and project delivery for major healthcare construction projects throughout the Greater Boston region. This senior leadership role requires a professional with a strong track record of selling, developing, and successfully delivering complex healthcare facilities, including hospitals, ambulatory care centers, medical office buildings, and related clinical environments. Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout. Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project. Requirements

  • BA/BS Engineering, Construction Management or similar curriculum and 12 years of experience in construction or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership.
  • Experience in healthcare, hospital, ambulatory care construction sectors.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience in the field of hospital, medical, ambulatory care construction projects.
  • Experience in commercial construction business development in the related field.
  • Experience from a large general contractor on projects of all sizes up and up to 100MM.
  • Prior experience developing teams for the successful completion of construction projects including preconstruction, scheduling, sequencing through close-out.
  • Demonstrated experience selling and delivering healthcare construction projects.
  • Strong relationships within the Boston/New England healthcare construction market.

Responsibilities
