About The Position
The Construction Project Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for multifamily residential construction projects. This role involves collaboration with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and develop comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses. The estimator will also participate in the bidding process, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate records of cost estimates and bids.
