About The Position

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program in Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a business-related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with construction plans, blueprints, and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quantity takeoffs and material cost calculations for various construction projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and documentation to prepare cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather data and validate assumptions.
• Research vendor pricing and maintain up-to-date cost databases.
• Participate in bid preparations and pre-construction planning meetings.
