About The Position

As a Project Engineer, you'll work closely with Project Managers and leadership to keep projects moving forward-on time, on budget, and done right.

Requirements

• Experience in a construction office environment (Telecom or Utility)-5+ years
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel is a must)
• Experience with Google Maps / Google Earth (KMZs)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (email, phone, in-person)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Positive attitude, driven, and highly motivated
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and obtain military base access (Safety Sensitive role)
• 5+ years of experience with CAD design programs

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and assemble critical project documentation (bids, costing, engineering, construction)
• Support project design, development, and quality assurance
• Help manage project workflow, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure projects meet company standards for Safety, Quality, Integrity, and Teamwork
• Coordinate with permit teams to secure approvals and keep projects compliant
• Assist with invoicing, change orders, and project reporting
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
• Support scheduling and communication across teams
• Build strong working relationships with crews and internal teams
• Build relationships with customers and have strong communication & professionalism
