What You Will Own Reporting directly to a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering successful projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will not be siloed. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in commercial construction
  • Organized, proactive, and detail oriented
  • Strong communicator who works well with field and office teams
  • Comfortable taking ownership and solving problems
  • Familiar with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling software
  • You must be able to pass a background check and LiveScan where required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in public works or education projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Managing RFIs from drafting through response tracking
  • Leading the submittal and procurement process
  • Supporting project buyout and general conditions management
  • Maintaining three week look ahead schedules
  • Coordinating with Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractors
  • Monitoring subcontractor performance and schedule compliance
  • Supporting site safety initiatives and documentation
  • Assisting with budget tracking and cost management
  • Supporting punch list and closeout efforts
