About The Position

As a Project Engineer, you'll work closely with Project Managers and leadership to keep projects moving forward-on time, on budget, and done right. You will: Prepare, review, and assemble critical project documentation (bids, costing, engineering, construction ) Support project design , development, and quality assurance Help manage project workflow, timelines, and deliverables Ensure projects meet company standards for Safety, Quality, Integrity, and Teamwork Coordinate with permit teams to secure approvals and keep projects compliant Assist with invoicing, change orders, and project reporting Maintain accurate project records and documentation Support scheduling and communication across teams Build strong working relationships with crews and internal teams Build relationships with customers and have strong communication & professionalism What You Bring We're looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and ready to make an impact. Requirements

  • Experience in a construction office environment (Telecom or Utility)-5+ years
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel is a must)
  • Experience with Google Maps / Google Earth (KMZs)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (email, phone, in-person)
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Positive attitude, driven, and highly motivated
  • Ability to pass a drug screen, background check , and obtain military base access (Safety Sensitive role)
  • 5+ years of experience with CAD design programs
