About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Project Engineer to join our Colorado team. This individual will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure quality project delivery, acting in both General Contracting and Construction Management capacities.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in construction related curriculum.
• 1-5 years’ experience with a commercial general contractor/construction management firm.
• Understanding of construction means and methods.
• Superior organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and decision-making skills.
• Strong background in using all Microsoft Office programs and general computer software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in dealing with sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with and assist Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Assist with project setup.
• Assist with bid openings and documentation.
• Administer contract awards and distribution.
• Coordinate and review submittals and shop drawings.
• Expedite and monitor material and equipment approval.
• Initiate project close-out and secure all required documentation.
