About The Position
At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a dynamic Construction Project Director with an uncompromising commitment to safety and quality to join our Project Delivery and Construction team at a job site near Emeryville, California. You'll oversee multiple EPCMV Project Teams' day-to-day execution within the region. Your focus will be on the support of EPCMV and CM services sales, overseeing the detailed execution of projects by teams from initiation to close out, development of staff, and operational performance.
