About The Position

The PMO provides essential administrative and coordination support to project teams and management. This position focuses on organizing resources, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 3+ years' experience in power generation or construction

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ACT, CAST (Fusion), WEBI (SAP), Maximo, and PowerPlan preferred
  • Experience in technical disciplines, maintenance, operations, and power generation
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain project budgets and financial reports.
  • Assist with contractor bid packages and purchase orders.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
  • Maintain compliance postings and mobile office logistics.
  • Set up projects in accounting and project management systems.
  • Track invoices and obtain approvals.
  • Support configuration management and documentation control.
  • Coordinate contractor mobilization and site access.
  • Manage rental equipment and logistics during outages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools such as ACT, CAST (Fusion), WEBI (SAP), Maximo and PowerPlan.
