About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is the largest national start-to-finish window replacement company and we're adding a Project Coordinator to our dynamic and growing operations team in Boise.. The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator is to establish unique relationships with clients, to ensure a smooth and efficient window and door replacement project. This role assists in overseeing projects and ensuring they are executed on time, on budget and within the appropriate margins, acting as the liaison between the client and Renewal by Andersen.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of past customer service experience.
  • 1+ years of data entry experience.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint database experience.
  • Strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in CRM systems or similar scheduling system.
  • Ability to clearly communicate project processes to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Organized with the understanding of how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with customers through escalated situations to find solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Signature Service by building and maintaining client relationships. This can be done by proactively engaging with clients on current and potential work and anticipating and troubleshooting obstacles before they happen.
  • Create, prepare, and manage the collection of required content and assets for all clients and projects assigned, to set the Operations Team up for success. Ensure documentation is uploaded to the appropriate files.
  • Work closely with the sales and measure teams, and clients, to ensure projects are properly started and completed on time and on budget.
  • Create detailed work requests for the measure team based on client objectives and expectations, using our existing forms and technology.
  • Thoughtfully analyze and clearly communicate project feedback to the Customer Care team.
  • Participate in client meetings and prepare to ensure meeting goals and next steps are clearly communicated to all parties involved.
  • Proactively provide consistent follow-up with clients and internal teams on projects and tasks and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organization in a fast-paced environment, while providing calm customer interactions.
  • Follow established Renewal processes, making recommendations for process improvement.
  • Meet and/or exceed assigned sales and customer objectives.
  • Assist with general project organization in Operations and Production, and complete additional tasks assigned by Managers.
  • Perform any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, out of the ordinary or special duties that may be assigned.
