Position Overview: The Construction Project Coordinator will oversee contractor progress, ensuring work remains on schedule and aligned with project requirements. This role acts as a key liaison between contractors, system owners, and project stakeholders, facilitating communication, managing scope changes, and escalating issues as needed. The coordinator will also support financial tracking, monitor change orders, and ensure the project stays within budget. Additionally, this individual should have an engineering background to assist in reviewing system designs, construction plans, and integration requirements with system owners.

Requirements

  • Project Management Certification
  • 5+ years of experience in construction coordination, preferably in data centers or large projects.
  • Engineering knowledge to support design reviews and system integration.
  • Ability to read blueprints, review technical plans, and assess financial impacts.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure contractors meet schedules, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with system owners to integrate system and infrastructure requirements.
  • Review system designs and construction plans in coordination with engineering teams.
