Responsibilities

  • Gather and process project documentation, including setting up and maintaining job files and obtaining drawings.
  • Work with vendors to track materials.
  • Assist Foremen and Project Managers with processing and tracking change orders and submittals.
  • Maintain organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
