Join the nation’s largest specialty jewelry retailer and play a key role in building the next generation of our stores. As a Construction Procurement Specialist, you’ll coordinate the purchasing, shipping, and tracking of all owner-supplied materials (OSM) for new store builds, remodels, relocations, and special projects across our Kay, Jared, and Zales brands. This role keeps projects moving smoothly—from order to installation—while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years in procurement or retail purchasing (construction or facilities preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of construction and design processes

Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement and delivery of owner-supplied materials for construction and remodel projects.
  • Track project budgets and spend; reconcile invoices and purchase orders using SAP & Tango.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure accurate order acknowledgments, inventory updates, and on-time deliveries.
  • Generate and maintain key reports, including construction forecasts, spend tracking, and vendor performance.
  • Collaborate with Construction Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, track inventory, and support department initiatives.
  • Partner with design and vendors on the development of new and custom items.
  • Review blueprints to identify materials, validate proposals, and ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Support special projects and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
