Responsibilities

Partner Management COI Management Track all expirations dates for build partners Yearly request for umbrella policy COI CSLB and city/county
Business Management MSA Know its content Send them out to new partners for review and signing
Onboarding Docs Manage all partner onboarding documents Work with Procurement & Onboarding Teams process Partner Portal expert Be the support for both internal and external teams/partners on all things related to our partner portal
Invoice processing for all pre-construction related operations
Bid Requests Pre-Con team will task you with bid requests for: Arborist GeoTech GPR Re-Roofs
Miss Contracts/FSDs Draft contracts Send FSDs & WOs
Current Content Management Become a content creator Update docs when processes change
PW (Prevailing Wage) Send in the proposals for signature Assist build partners with DIR and SURGE questions
Battery Management Team Coordination Scheduling with field teams Multi-department collaboration Attend critical meetings in order to stay up to speed on the pipeline
