Construction Planning and Scheduling Adjunct Instructors
About The Position
Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginia's capital city and five nearby counties. Annually, our four campus sites serve approximately 13,000 credit students and provide training for 7,400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance. Reynolds Architectural and Engineering Technology program is seeking a teaching faculty adjunct instructor to teach our Construction Planning and Scheduling course. The course utilizes MS Project scheduling software. Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field
- 2 years of work experience in construction project administration with experience in scheduling using Gantt charts, and software assisted CPM
Nice To Haves
- Ability to educate students in the construction industry's best practices in scheduling and planning.
- Occupational experience in the field.
- Experience with Learning Management System or other online course management tools a plus. Training will be provided.
- College level teaching experience.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written.
- The ability to work with a diverse population of faculty, staff, and students.
