About The Position

MRC / RSCS, a Full -Service Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company, servicing 10 states across the western USA and in business for over 25 years is now hiring a Superintendent / Foreman to lead our traveling Refrigeration Construction and Pipe Crew. We are looking for a hard -working professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from beginning through execution and will manage the momentum of the project to meet deadlines. This candidate will also have the skillset and know how to work alongside the crew to keep the project moving forward and to adapt the project when necessary.

Requirements

Must have 5 -10 years of leadership experience in the Mechanical Contracting Industry w/ Refrigeration & Ammonia Systems a Plus

self -starter
well organized and detail oriented
Travel required and must be able to travel on short notice
Pipe Welding / carbon & Stainless
Small Bore to Large Bore pipe sizes
6G position
Stick & Tig Processes
Pipe Fitting & Layout Skills
Rigging
Can read plans
Understanding of Mechanical Systems
Leadership skills
Organization skills
Clean DL
Willing to travel up to 1 month with expenses covered by the company
