About The Position

This position involves a variety of customer service, marketing, and inventory management duties related to parts sales and delivery. The individual will assist customers in identifying needed items, manage inventory, and ensure the efficient operation of the parts department while maintaining a professional image.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
• Formal parts training and/or construction industry experience.
• Understanding of mechanical and technical terms.
• Knowledge of parts operating systems preferred.
• Computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping parts department clean and professional.
• Record all sales and customer transactions using company systems and guidelines.
• Maintain the retail sales floor and displays to meet dealership standards.
• Proactively assist in inventory control and report discrepancies.
• Ensure timely delivery of correct parts to customers.
• Receive, ship, and store parts in compliance with regulations.
• Stay current on industry and product information.
• Pick up and deliver parts for customers and vendors as needed.
• Mark and store parts in stockroom according to system.
• Assist with cycle count duties.
• Follow safety rules and regulations during work assignments.
• Present a professional image of the company to customers and community.
• Participate in company-sponsored training to enhance skills.
• Engage in company communication efforts, including meetings.
• Maintain positive relationships with peers and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
