About The Position
We are partnered with a Florida-based general contractor that continues to expand strategically across key markets, achieving 50% year-over-year growth in the past year. The firm is seeking a seasoned operations leader—at the Project Executive or Vice President level—to oversee its Orlando office and help drive continued success in the region. This role offers a rare chance to join a contractor on a sharp upward trajectory, with the autonomy to lead, build, and influence operations at a regional level. The company is active across Florida, and this position will provide both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to support continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 project managers on public-sector work.
- Oversee operational execution, profitability, and client relationships.
- Represent the company at major project milestones and client-facing events.
- Play a central role in shaping the culture and future direction of the Orlando office.
- Collaborate closely with an established and strategic executive team.
