About The Position
Plan, manage, and oversee the construction of the wastewater treatment plant, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Be present on-site to supervise and coordinate all construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, interpreting plans and specifications, and resolving any technical issues that arise during construction. Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant government regulations and legal requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of these regulations. Oversee the work of construction representatives and specialists, ensuring effective team coordination and resource allocation. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and field personnel, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Identify and develop new business opportunities through proposals and general contact with current and potential clients. Contribute to the administration and operation of the construction services group, including supervising and coordinating all shop drawing activities.
