The position involves working closely with the Fluor Program Manager and Fluor Construction Managers to develop and execute project sourcing and execution strategies. The role requires participation in partner selection activities, organizing project kick-offs, and ensuring the development of the conceptual scope of work during the Front End Engineering (FEE) stage. The individual will support project teams in optimizing projects through Lean Construction practices, develop master schedules, and ensure constructability during all project phases. The position also includes responsibilities for cost estimation, project forecasting, change management, and quality assurance/control.
