AECOM is looking to hire a Construction Manager based out of San Antonio, TX to join our U.S West Region. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies. Establishes procedures that affect immediate organization. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends. Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. May have budget responsibilities. Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization. Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction. Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day.
