Our Construction Manager must be proficient in understanding residential construction systems. They are responsible for working with the customer to build their dream home, schedule trades and ensure the home is built with attention to quality, meeting building time expectations and exceeding homeowner satisfaction! The Construction Manager builds assigned homes within time, cost, quality and satisfaction standards and participates in pre-construction meetings with the General Manager, Customer Coordinators and homeowners.
