About The Position

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in materials testing equipment and proficient in construction management software. Leadership and Management: Unmatched leadership and management prowess. Education: A B.S. in Civil Engineering is required. Extensive Construction Experience: A deep understanding of the complexities of construction, backed by a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, with 10 years preferred. Credentials: Professional Engineer (PE) License in Virginia and Certified Construction Manager (CCM) designations are preferred. What You’ll Do Project Oversight: Command complex construction projects from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting.
