About The Position
Takco Construction is urgently seeking an experienced Construction Manager for our Savannah GA location. Responsibilities: Manage daily construction operations on-site. Monitor progress, schedules, and quality control. Coordinate with project stakeholder and field teams. High responsibility in directing both the technical and logistical aspects of a project.
Requirements
- Five years of previous Construction Manager experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills required
- Microsoft office
- US citizen
