Requirements

Proven knowledge of residential construction processes, scheduling, and trade management.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A hands-on, detail-driven approach and the ability to hold partners accountable for quality and safety standards.
Computer literacy and comfort with construction management systems.
Integrity, urgency, and professionalism in every interaction with homeowners, trades, and teammates.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of home construction, ensuring each home meets Imagination Homes’ quality standards and is delivered on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant job site.
Communicate regularly with homebuyers, Sales, and Warranty teams to provide updates, set expectations, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
Review blueprints, construction documents, and job scopes to resolve issues and support trade partners effectively.
Manage materials, scheduling, budgets, and variance reports to keep every project running smoothly.
Lead by example: coaching trade partners, mentoring team members, and maintaining a strong, solution-oriented jobsite culture.
