Job Title: Construction Manager Company: PoP Homes-MYR, LLC Department: Operations Reports to: Market Manager Job Type: Regular Full-Time Work Hours: Monday-Friday Effective Date: February 2026 Exemption Status: Exempt Salary: $55,000 - $85,000 (Commensurate with Experience) Benefits: Life/Accidental Death Insurance/Short-Term Disability Paid Time Off (PTO) 401K Investment with 6% company match House Closing Bonuses Profit-Sharing Program Role Summary: The Construction Manager will oversee daily construction activities, manage project timelines, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and control budgets. The role also includes coordinating with inspectors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and on-budget project completion. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is highly preferred
Skilled in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, problem-solving, and decision-making
Proven working experience in construction management
Strong supervisory skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team
Proficiency in budgeting and controlling project costs
Effective communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of construction safety laws and regulations
Experience in project control and managing timelines

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
Understanding of all facets of the construction process

Responsibilities

Oversees and directs construction projects from conception to completion
Reviews the project in-depth to schedule deliverables
Oversees all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor building and safety regulations compliance
Coordinates and directs construction workers and Trade Partners
Meets contractual conditions of performance
Reviews the work progress on daily basis
Prepares internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Plans ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Analyzes, manages, and mitigates risks
Ensures quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Performs other duties as assigned
