The Construction Manager (CM) is responsible for consistently achieving individual monthly goals related to closings, cycle times, VPO spend, and Avid survey results, while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire Customer Journey. The CM ensures 'A+' community presentation, manages all homes in production including the model, and maintains overall jobsite cleanliness, ensuring all trade partners adhere to Hakes Brothers Safety and Health Program. Daily reporting, auditing, and usage of ITK are required to ensure accuracy of the build schedule, the progression of homes, and the payment of trades. The role involves supervising all construction activities through to the New Home Orientation (NHO), performing various inspections and orientations (PCO, PSI, PDI, PDO, QAI, NHO), and conducting 30-day follow-ups and warranty items. A key responsibility is to build quality homes, manage trade contractors effectively, control and reduce construction costs, maintain jobsite cleanliness, and ensure compliance with the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The CM is expected to be professional, a team player, and a leader, taking pride in details and providing excellent service.
