About The Position

We are seeking a Construction Manager for a short-term project involving the replacement of a material handling lift in a clean room pharmaceutical space. The role requires overseeing the replacement process, including documenting notes and photos to track progress and any issues that may arise.

Requirements

• Experience in construction management, particularly in pharmaceutical clean room environments.
• Strong project management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a superintendent at a general contractor is advantageous if lacking pharmaceutical experience.
• OSHA certification is a plus but not required.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities
